It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Brown (Lambertville, New Jersey), who passed away on November 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though an accomplished athlete in a crew shell and a lifeboat, Steve truly wanted to be remembered for his accomplishments as a mentor, educator, and coach. Steve loved playing golf and participated in the Pacific Amateur Golf Classic for many years as well many OGA events including the partner series every year. Steve helped the NU Huskies to numerous notable finishes and victories across the country, including a first-place finish at the 1979 Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championship in the 2nd Varsity Eight.
